Can‘t believe it. I cannot buy . Frankly says „no delivery method available“. What can we do? And it says EUR 350. You accepted 300 right? Sorry for all the mess… 😵💫

Hi, Franckly offers shipping options to Germany, just add the item to the shopping cart. If you have received an offer and it has been accepted, you have to be logged in or the the site will not recognise it. Armi / Franckly

Hi Armi, hi Dominik I'm logged in and see the accepted offer for EUR 300 but cannot buy it. When I go to the item page I see EUR 350 and "Quote pending to 6800 Feldkirch Austria." under shipping. I have an address there and the item should go there. So that's basically correct. As you see above, Dominik offered to sell the blanket for EUR 300 incl. shipping. What can I do now? Best, Frank

Hi, it seem that the shipping quote is still pending, so that's why you are unable to choose the shipping. Unfortunately, Franckly does not offer shipping options to Austria. Could it be, that the offer has already expired? it is valid only for 72 hours. Armi / Franckly
