G30 Radius bed frame, 180 x 200 cm, oiled oak

FDB Møbler's G30 Radius bed, designed by Diana Mot and Isabella Bergstrøm, is a solid wood double bed that combines traditions of Danish woodworking with contemporary minimalism. The design of the bed is characterised by its prominent oak wood structures: elegantly executed wooden joints decorate the corners of the bed frame, while the curved headboard is adorned with wood's natural grain pattern.

Measuring 180 x 200 cm, the G30 Radius double bed can be used with one double or two single mattresses. Please note that the G30 Radius bed frame is sold without mattresses or bed slats – a compatible slatted base can be ordered separately through our Customer Service.

Danish FDB Møbler is strongly rooted in the icons of Danish furniture design. FDB, the Danish Consumers’ Co-operative Society, was founded in 1940 to produce functionalist and democratic design for ordinary people – thanks to the new industrial production, FDB could manufacture high-quality furniture at low prices. During the next decades, designers such as Børge Mogensen and Poul M. Volther created numerous timeless pieces of Danish furniture design. FDB closed its factory in 1980, but in 2013 the Danish Coop launched FDB Møbler and started re-releasing some of the most beloved products of the mid-century Danish design. In addition to the classics, FDB Møbler creates new furniture inspired by the old collections.
