Pair of Osvaldo Borsani swivel office chairs made by Tecno, Italia. A design classic. 

These swivle chairs are a design classic by Osvaldo Borsani. He was an architect and furniture designer who founded the Design company, Tecnic. The model name is P126, they are super compfortable and spin and roll perfectly. This particular pair are from the 1960s and are in good vintage condition (please see below for more details - photos too)

The fabric is a little worn and marked in places and the arm rests have been recovered in a different (not original) fabric.
