Kalevala annual plate 1988

Arabias iconic plate designed by Raija Uosikkinen 1988. The first plate of this "Kalevala" themed serie was publiced in 1976 and was meant to give people an idea of a timeless and valuable gift as well as collectible.

 The design on the plate was different every year, and the amount of plates produced and publiced every year was limited, too, which then gave the Serie of Plates not any less than a mysterious reputation.
