White Eero Aarnio Iconic Pastilli 'Pastille' Chair, Fibreglass Asko, 1980s

Eero Aarnio's Pastilli chair is a colourful, playful and a genious design by one of the Finnish design giants of our times.  With it's shiny colour it looks almost like a giant candy. The curves and shape were quite unusual and avant garde at the time.  This item is from the 1980s. The chair has some scratches consistent with age and use.

Aarnio intended this to be a rocking chair yet sitting in it is quite comfortable which also makes it a playful armchair.
