Pair of Paavo Tynell Crystal & Brass Chandeliers Model 1487 for Taito, 1940s

An elegant chandelier by Paavo Tynell from the 1940s and made by Taito. Different to what we usually see from Tynell, this is rather a classic with a modernistic touch lamp which goes to prove the versatility of Paavo Tynell designs.

In this design, Tynell substituted the classical cut crystals with modernistic drop like pressed glass pieces and he also incorporated brass decorative pieces with the glass. An elegant pair of lighting that would fit modern and classic interiors alike.
